Between the end of a “Monday Night Football” that seemingly lasted an eternity and this morning, Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner has found some trouble.
Turner landed in the Gwinnett County Jail this morning and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Turner helped the Falcons defeat the Denver Broncos 27-21 Monday night at the Georgia Dome. The game ended at 12:08 a.m. ET and Turner was booked into the jail shortly after 5 a.m., according to the report. He was there about two hours before he was released on a bond of $2,179.
