After missing the last two weeks due to a hamstring injury, it is expected that Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will start this week against the Giants.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Vick's hamstring has healed enough to where he'll be able to start. This comes at a good time, considering Nick Foles had a poor performance against the Cowboys this past Sunday in a 17-3 loss.
Foles relieved Vick three weeks ago when the initial hamstring pull occurred and then started the next two weeks with positive results. Then he played one of the worst games of the season from any quarterback, which ended when he sustained a concussion in the second half.
Vick's return will be welcomed, as he'll likely remain the starting quarterback for Philadelphia moving forward.
