Michael Vick has jumped into the clothing business.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback has started a men’s clothing line that is called V7 and will be sold at Modell’s sporting goods stores, most in the Philadelphia area.
“V7 has been a dream of mine since I began playing sports,” told Elizabeth Wellington of the Philadelphia Inquirer. “I think every kid dreams of having his own shoe or clothing line.”
Vick’s line features two types of shorts, compression tops and graphic T-shirts. The prices are not bad. Kids shorts are $12 and compression T-shirts cost $39.99. A woman’s line could follow in the fall. According to the report, a portion of proceeds will be donated to Philadelphia chapter of the Boys & Girls Club.
