From David White of The San Francisco Chronicle:
The Raiders have agreed to terms with second-round draft pick Mike Mitchell, according to multiple sources familiar with the deal Monday.
Mitchell was given a four-year deal. Terms were not immediately available. The deal isn't officially done until approved by the league office, but barring unforeseen problems, Mitchell will report for training camp Tuesday in Napa.
That leaves two picks unsigned: No. 7 overall pick Darrius Heyward-Bey and fourth-rounder Louis Murphy.
