Oklahoma State wide receiver's workout heavily attended Aaron Wilson
Oklahoma State wide receiver Dez Bryant had mixed results at his much anticipated Pro Day workout today.
According to NFL.com, Bryant ran the 40-yard dash in 4.52, 4.68 and 4.52 seconds. Per Gil Brandt, some of the handheld times will range between 4.49 and 4.60 seconds.
The third time trial was requested due to the major difference between his times.
Per the report, Bryant turned in an impressive 38-inch vertical leap and 11-foot-1 broad jump.
However, Bryant was unable to complete the three-cone drill and short shuttle.
As far as his positional drills, Bryant had some drops before eventually improving as the workout progressed.
The up-and-down showing raises questions about Bryant's preparations, which isn't good considering there are character issues surrounding the former Big 12 Conference star.
NFL.com reported some names from the workout.
That included Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary and director of player personnel Trent Baalke, Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy and director of college scouting John Dorsey, Baltimore Ravens wide receivers coach Jim Hostler, Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receivers coach Eric Yarber and Oakland Raiders scout Cliff Branch.
