From ESPN.com:

Browns quarterback Brady Quinn has been fined by the NFL for his chop block on Baltimore's Terrell Suggs.

Quinn said he received a letter from the league on Wednesday but would not disclose the size of his fine, saying only that it was "a good amount." Quinn insists he was not trying to hurt Suggs and has apologized to him and the Ravens.

The Ravens were fuming over the hit, during the Ravens' 16-0 win on Monday night, as it could cost Suggs significant playing time.

This is rich. A cheap shot team like the Ravens complaining because a QB took out their LB. I've looked at the video several times, and I have to say, I buy Brady's version. He was going for the DB and in fact made a heck of a play on him, but he ended up going through Suggs to do it. Suggs was somewhat shielded by the RT and not in Brady's line of vision. I just don't see him targeting Suggs.
