New Orleans police release police report regarding Darren Sharper

Former New Orleans Saints safety Darren Sharper allegedly raped a woman at his apartment after meeting her at a bar, according to a police report obtained by the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

The suspended NFL Network analyst allegedly met Sharper after she went to a few bars and drank a "large amount of alcohol" on Sept. 23.

She told police she had unconsensual sex with the former NFL player.

"The victim stated she did not consent to any sexual behavior," the report stated.

The woman then called the police and gave her statement the following morning.

Arrested and charged with rape in Los Angeles, Sharper, 38, hasn't been arrested or charged in New Orleans.

He has a Feb. 14 court date in Los Angeles and is free on $200,000 bond.
