Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is among a growing list of NFL faces of the league who are throwing their support behind testing for HGH.

Minnesota Vikings running Adrian Peterson last week indicated he would be in favor of the test, and now Newton is one of several key Panthers players who has no problem with it, per the Associated Press.

Newton said drawing blood to administer the test is “not a big deal.”

“Whatever the NFL decides to do I’m all for it, whether HGH testing or any testing,” Newton said. “I’ll be prepared to do the test.”

Teammates Steve Smith and Greg Olson also voiced support for the testing, with Olson saying the NFL doesn't want to end up in a mess similar to baseball a few years ago.
