DAVIE — It takes 53 men to fill the roster of the Miami Dolphins - and one finger to send them crumbling down.
That's according to the Dolphins, who this summer began telling fans not to use Twitter, blogs or video cameras to tell the world what the team is up to.
Announcements are made at the start of each practice informing crowds, which have exceeded 3,000 at Nova Southeastern University, about the restrictions.
