Darren Sharper will not be a free man any time soon.

Charged with rape in Arizona, a judge has denied his bail as he awaits trial, according to a report from USA Today. Sharper's charges are disturbing as he's accused of rapes in three different states, with California and Louisiana being the other two. Charges could potentially be filed in Florida and Nevada as well.

This matter has placed more than a stain on Sharper's football career, which saw the safety play 14 seasons and total 63 interceptions.

Sharper is still in jail in California and will more than likely stay there as a result of the Arizona ruling. Initially, a California judge set Sharper's bail at $1 million but reconsidered after charges were filed in Arizona.
