Negotiations remain stalled as lockout continues. Terry McCormick
The NFL and its locked out officials have had no face-to-face talks since Sept. 1, according to a report by Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Such news means that the talks remain stalled and that the replacement officials appear to be staying for a while longer.
While the replacement refs haven't made very many game-costing calls in their first two weeks, it is evident that there have been plenty of missed calls and others that were questioned. In Atlanta's Monday night win over Denver, there were three calls in the game that were challenged and reversed, including the Broncos' first touchdown of the the game - a catch by Demaryius Thomas - that was originally called an incomplete pass before a booth challenge in the final two minutes overturned the incorrect call on the field.
