The Cleveland Browns decided on Rob Chudzinski as their head coach late Thursday night, and now a report from the Cleveland Plain Dealer says that Norv Turner will be the team's new offensive coordinator.

Turner, fired by the San Diego Chargers as their head coach the day after the regular season ended, is respected as a play-caller and offensive coordinator. He has been an offensive coordinator at several stops in the NFL in between his three head coaching stints.
