Hamstring injuries of any kind can be bothersome.

And that's exactly what Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is now dealing with early in training camp. According to the New York Daily News, Beckham was running a route before pulling up and favoring his his hamstring. He went to the sideline to receive treatment.

Giants general manager Jerry Reese told reporters that Beckham "tweaked" the muscle.

Hamstring injuries can linger and cause some problems. And just when they appear done, they can be reaggravated, causing more issues.

Beckham will need to rest up and let his body heal so that the risk of reinjury is low when he returns.
