The Green Bay Packers hung on for a 30-20 victory on Sunday at St. Louis but the win came at a cost, a high cost.

Safety Charles Woodson, the former NFL defensive player of the year, suffered a broken collarbone. He is expected to be sidelined for about six weeks, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, meaning he will be out until December.

Woodson finished the game against the Rams and met with media following the game. If there is a silver lining, rookie Casey Hayward has been playing well. He had his fourth interception in three games on Sunday. But replacing Woodson will not be easy.
