The Green Bay Packers shut down cornerback Casey Hayward for the season, placing him on injured reserve.

He has a serious hamstring injury that limited him to three games and one start.

Cornerback James Nixon was placed on injured reserve, limited to just three games.

The Packers get back two players from the physically unable to perform list, activating defensive end Jerel Worthy and safety Sean Richardson from the physically unable to perform list.
