Instead of auditioning for NFL scouts today in New Orleans, former Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones didn't show up.

According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, it wasn't clear why Jones wasn't there.

Jones was scheduled to work out today for NFL scouts, including the Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints, following the Tulane Pro Day.

Per the report, Jones' Nashville-based agent, Worrick Robinson, arrived in New Orleans at the time the Tulane workout was in process.

According to NFL.com, Jones was scheduled to meet with the Lions and the 49ers before the workout.

At this point, though, it's unclear what came of that.

Perhaps he has a deal with one of those teams. Maybe he had car trouble. Or maybe Jones just decided to pull a no-show.

Jones worked out for the Cincinnati Bengals earlier this offseason.

If you're LT and don't show that's one thing. But c'mon dude, you're Pacman. You have no room for error. No matter what his excuse is, it just isn't good enough.

He better have gotten hit by a car or otherwise he threw whatever chance he had at a rebound under the bus...

If it's a case that he signed with somebody already it was very tacky to not have the decency to let those who planned to view him know.

If showing up, running drills and practicing are required, the Raiders should grab him.
