There is good news for Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano, as his doctors say his leukemia is in remission, according to USA Today.
Dr. Larry Cripe, Pagano's oncologist, made the announcement, but said more chemotherapy treatments are necessary before Pagano can be declared "cured" from the disease.
"We need to keep going and we will not be able to use the word 'cure' for four or five years," Cripe said.
On Sunday, Pagano made his first appearance back with the Colts since being diagnosed with the disease, and gave an emotional speech following Sunday's victory over the Miami Dolphins.
