The Indianapolis Colts not only got a victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, but they also got the news from owner Jim Irsay that Coach Chuck Pagano had been released from the hospital.

Pagano is on leave from the Colts after being diagnosed with a treatable form of leukemia, but was released from the IU Health Simon Cancer Center on Sunday and watched his team's win from his home.

"I was more thrilled with that than the win," Colts quarterback Andrew Luck told the Indianapolis Star.

The Colts have played surprisingly well in the early going of a rebuilding season, going 3-3 through their first six games.
