Panthers cut R.J. Webb

Wide receiver released Aaron Wilson

The Carolina Panthers cut wide receiver R.J. Webb.

He was on injured reserve last season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder from Furman was cut as the Panthers continue to add wide receivers to the roster.

In college, Webb finished with 85 career receptions for 1,082 yards and nine touchdowns.

Webb has no career receptions in the NFL.
