The Carolina Panthes got down to the NFL roster limit of 75 players.

Quarterback Matt Blanchard, tight end D.C. Jefferson and offensive lineman Kevin Matthews were placed on injured reserve. Wide receiver De'Andre Pressley was placed on reserve-physically unable to perform.

The Panthers have cut Tiquan Underwood, Toney Clemons, Jordan Gay, Linden Gaydosh, Alex Hall, Oscar Johnson, Marvin McNutt, Anthony Morales, Kealoha Pilares and Craig Roh.
