Donte' Stallworth wasn't the only big name veteran to be shown the door by the New England Patriots on Monday, as the team cut down to the 75-player limit.
New England also released another veteran wide receiver in Jabar Gaffney, who struggled with injuries during training camp and parted ways with veteran defensive tackle Gerard Warren. The Pats also put tight end Jake Ballard on the PUP list, giving him six weeks to continue to make his way back from a knee injury suffered during the Super Bowl, while a member of the New York Giants.
