New England Patriots rookie defensive lineman Kade Weston has been placed on injured reserve.
The seventh-round draft pick from the University of Georgia was injury-waived and reverted to injured reserve after clearing waivers today.
The 6-foot-5, 315-pound defensive lineman from the University of Georgia registered 78 career tackles and four sacks.
He started nine games last season and posted 28 tackles and two sacks, including five tackles and a sack against LSU.
