The New England Patriots have signed first-round defensive tackle Dominique Easley to a four-year contract worth $7.303 million, including a $3.631 million signing bonus, according to a source.
The total guaranteed money is $5.887 million.
The deal includes the standard club option for a fifth year.
Easley has recovered wellfrom a torn anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his right knee in September.
Easley tore his anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in 2011. Easley had 91 career tackles, 16 tackles for losses and 5.5 sacks.
The Patriots also signed free agent offensive lineman Chris Martin. He played at Central Florida. He was previously with the Houston Texans before being released.
