Patriots’ defensive end Andre Carter was carted off the field late in the first quarter in Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos. He left the game with a left knee injury.
Carter was defending the run when he fell to the ground and held his left knee. Trainers attended to him on the field before they carted him off.
Carter leads the team in sacks with ten.
