Absence will limit passing attack Brad Biggs
The Minnesota Vikings are expected to be without wide receiver Percy Harvin on Sunday when they face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
Harvin is doubtful with an ankle injury. He attempted to practice on Friday but could not give it a go and will therefore miss another game despite coming off the bye week. The hope was Harvin would miss just one game.
Now, the soonest Harvin will play is next week against the Green Bay Packers. It puts a burden on the limited Vikings passing game. Harvin has 62 receptions for 677 yards and Christian Ponder has little in the way of other proven options on the outside. Harvin has three 100-yard games.
