Taking a fun dig at rival San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh, Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll told Seahawks fan that he respects Harbaugh as a "great coach and we love beating him."

Carroll once famously said "What's your deal?" to Harbaugh after Stanford beat his USC football team.

The 49ers-Seahawks rivalry remains a big deal.

So, there's going to be some barbs traded back and forth. Not to mention all the practice squad and waiver wire intrigue between the two NFC West powers.
