Rumors have circulated throughout the day that Dez Bryant was potentially in the middle of some trouble Sunday night at a club in Miami.

Now, WFAA-TV in Dallas is reporting that the Cowboys wide receiver was detained by police following an incident at a nightclub in Miami. It’s not known if Bryant was cited by police or if he was arrested.

Last offseason was nothing short of a PR disaster for Bryant as he was pursued by bill collectors and temporarily banned from a shopping mall. Even recently lawsuits against Bryant have been the subject of headlines.

But Bryant’s legal issues are usually a result of civil issues. We’ll see if anything comes of this.

I'm sure they just wanted to talk playoffs, get his insights and his autograph. Pro athletes have to put up with a lot of demands from the fans, even those in uniform.

This guy should be forced to have a vasectomy. No need for this idiot to procreate and pass on his dirtbag genes.

It is Dez Bryant's fault for getting into trouble in Miami. No, no, no. I don't care who he may point fingers at, it is Dez' fault. It is like my boss told me once when I was late and I said it was something I couldn't avoid and it made me late. The boss said, "You let chance make you late. If you had really wanted to be on time, you would have eliminated the chancy things that could make you late. You would have been here on time, on purpose." Unless Dez does what needs to be done to eliminate the chance of getting into trouble, trouble will find him. He has to stay out of trouble on purpose.
