With the young team the Raiders have they needed good vet leadership. With Neal and Garcia being signed on offense. They needed someone to lend a hand to Nnamdi on defense, with Ellis they have that man. These vets will add a great deal to the leadership of the Raiders which has been lacking with all the youth on the team.
