The Oakland Raiders made it official, and are now listing former UFL cornerback Joe Porter on their roster.
We reported last week that Porter had been signed.
The 5-foot-10, 205-pounder has played for the Las Vegas Locomotives as well as NFL stints with the Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and the Cleveland Browns.
Porter, 24, played football and ran track at Rutgers.
He lettered four times at Rutgers, registering 94 tackles, five interceptions and 13 pass deflections.
He also was part of a 4x200 relay team that set a national indoor record.
He was the Big East Conference individual indoor and outdoor champion in the 200 meters.
