The Oakland Raiders have re-signed free agent kicker Kevin Goessling.
Safety Jeremy Deerring was waived-injured.
Goessling, who spent time with the Raiders earlier this month in training camp, was a three-time All-Western Athletic Conference selection at Fresno State. Goessling played in 52 games over four years at Fresno State, scoring 373 points and converting 61 of 81 field goal attempts during his collegiate career. He hit a career-long 58-yard field goal as a redshirt freshman.
