The Oakland Raiders signed former New England Patriots second-round cornerback Ras-I Dowling to their practice squad.

He was cut by the New York Jets in August.

The Raiders also signed the following players to the practice squad: running back George Atkinson III, defensive end Denico Autry, linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu, linebacker Spencer Hadley, offensive tackle Dan Kistler, wide receiver Seth Roberts, tight end Scott Simonson, offensive guard Lamar Mady and defensive tackle Ricky Lumpkin.
