Top overall pick of the draft in line for huge deal Aaron Wilson
Looking to avoid a holdout situation, the St. Louis Rams have launched contract talks with top overall pick Sam Bradford.
According to ESPN, the Rams began talks with Bradford's agents today in St. Louis.
The former University of Oklahoma quarterback is represented by CAA's Tom Condon and Ben Dogra.
Whenever the contract is done, it's expected to be a blockbuster deal.
Bradford, despite not having taken an NFL snap, could make as much as $45 million to $50 million in guaranteed money.
Deals like that are expected to be a bargaining issue in collective bargaining agreement talks as the NFL wants to institute a rookie wage scale.
This could be one of the last years where rookies can command such high compensation.

Sterling sliver jewelry, particularly bracelets, is a staple of fashionable women everywhere. This type of pandora beads is durable yet so beautiful. The versatility is outstanding; it goes with every outfit whether with jeans or with a designer gown. For instance, movie star Sandra Bullock wore a silver cuff bracelet to the 2009 MTV Movie Awards in May 2009. A silver cuff bracelet makes an audacious statement, yet it is lightweight and is flexible so that it can fit a variety of wrist sizes. Another popular type of bracelets is the silver charm bracelet. There are many shapes and designs for the charms that are attached to the bracelet.

This stuff happens, didn't cause Terrell Davis to retire, as that actually was the knee injury he sustained while tackling a Jet on an INT - that being said he was always and the donkeys cognizant of this issue with Daivs as well...migraines and nuerological problems are real for damn sure and don't make an NFL players life any easier - and seriously "karma" - give it a rest already - Favre's not the devil, hasn't been sighted hanging with Lucifer or sacrificying any virgins - well lately anyway - that was the "before PG Favre" that's marketed for mass consumption...

Thank God for the end of the rookie salary cap aka this version of the CBA - I just cannot stand the fact that so much money is basically held hostage ( salaries are base upon previous years negotiations and upped by a percentage) - Rookies should get some form of appreciation according to where they are drafted - but they are just that rookies. Pullease get a rookie wage scale even if it means letting them become unrestricted free agents after 3 years - and/or adding that they can be extended after year 2 - this giving away of big bucks to both these unproven rookies and of course their money grabbing agents has got to stop - this money belongs to the veterans and some of it should also find its way into an health insurance fund for retired injured vets.
