The St. Louis Rams got relatively good news regarding right tackle Roger Saffold on Tuesday.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Saffold, who suffered a knee injury Sunday against the Falcons suffered only a sprained medial collateral ligament. The injury won't require surgery, but Saffold is almost assuredly out for this week's game against the Cowboys.
