Former Buffalo Bills defensive end Alex Carrington is signing a one-year deal with the St. Louis Rams, a league source confirmed.
Carrington spent last season on injured reserve when he tore his quadriceps after three games and finished with 10 tackles.
For his career, Carrington has 53 tackles, four sacks and one forced fumble.
The 6-foot-5, 301-pounder is a former third-round draft pick from Arkansas State.
Carrington also visited the Oakland Raiders and the Cleveland Browns.
