The St. Louis Rams moved to fill out the front office under new general manager Les Snead bringing in a pair of men he knows well.
Ron Carthon has been hired as the director of pro personnel and Taylor Morton has been added as the director of college scouting, moves reported by Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Both men worked with Snead previously with the Atlanta Falcons.
With the addition of Morton, John Mancini, who was the director of college scouting last year, will now be the assistant director of college scouting. In the shakeup, vice president of player personnel Mike Williams and scouts Russ Bolinger and Brandon Schwab will not be retained.
