The St. Louis Rams have listed wide receiver Danny Amendola as questionable for Sunday’s game at San Francisco but the spark plug to the offense is adamant he will be on the field.
Amendola has missed three games with a clavicle injury and he actually lobbied to play two weeks ago when the Rams played the New England Patriots in London before the bye they are coming off of this week. He has been a fixture on the practice field this week.
“The shoulder feels good, everything feels good, ready to go,” Amendola said, according to Dan O’Neill of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “I was lobbying in London but I don’t know … I don’t think I was ready in London. I feel ready now. The bye week really helped, just an extra week to get better. Not much lobbying (involved) this time, I just told them pretty much.”
