Cincinnati Bengals restricted free agent linebacker Rashad Jeanty visited the Miami Dolphins today, a league source confirmed.
Jeanty was given the original pick low tender, so the Bengals have the right to match. However, because he was undrafted, there's no draft pick compensation if they choose not to match.
The 6-foot-2, 247-pounder was replaced in the starting lineup last season and broke his leg during the Bengals' playoff loss to the New York Jets.
Jeanty started all but one game two years ago when he registered 96 tackles to rank second on the team.
Jeanty is regarded as a sound all-around linebacker.
No word as of yet on whether an offer sheet is forthcoming.
