The Baltimore Ravens have held preliminary talks about a contract extension with right tackle Michael Oher, according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Oher's contract runs through 2013 and no deal is imminent, but it is evident that he is one of the Ravens' cornerstone players around which the team is likely to want to build for the future.
"I love it here," Oher said. "It's a great organization, great city. I would love to finish out here. That's up to the organization. Without a doubt my ears are open."
