Ravens waive/injured LaQuan Williams

Receiver suffered a hamstring injury vs. Rams. Terry McCormick

The Baltimore Ravens waived/injured reciever LaQuan Williams after he suffered a hamstring injury against the St. Louis Rams in preseason.

Williams, a third-year pro from Maryland, had been a special teams ace for Baltimore in his first two seasons.

The Ravens also signed the following players to the practice squad: Safety Omar Brown, linebacker Brandon Copeland, tackle Jordan Devey, tight end Matt Furstenburg, defensive tackle Cody Larsen, center Reggie Stephens and tackle J.J. Unga.
