The Baltimore Ravens have withdrawn their exclusive rights qualifying tender offer to safety Keith Fitzhugh, the team announced.
Fitzhugh is now an unrestricted free agent.
Fitzhugh is a former undrafted free agent who spent the majority of last season on the New York Jets' practice squad.
He was signed to the Ravens' active roster on Dec. 22, but was inactive for the last four games of the regular season.
