Middle linebacker being honored as one of top 25 all-time draft picks Aaron Wilson
OWINGS MILLS -- Baltimore Ravens All-Pro middle linebacker Ray Lewis is set to announce the team's second-round draft pick Friday night in New York, the team announced.
Lewis will be in New York to be honored by the league as one of the top 25 all-time most valuable draft picks.
Will the two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year lobby general manager Ozzie Newsome for a cornerback or a pass rusher?
The Ravens currently draft 25th overall in the first round. Their second-round pick is the 57th overall selection.
The Ravens are expected to seek reinforcements on defense as well as target a tight end and a wide receiver in the draft.
A 10-time Pro Bowl selection and a former Super Bowl MVP, Lewis was drafted in the first round of the Ravens' inaugural 1996 draft, 26th overall, out of the University of Miami.
