Rashean Mathis' time as a Jacksonville Jaguars will soon be over, says the Florida Times-Union.
Mathis was told by new general manager David Caldwel that the team will not re-sign him. The 32-year-old cornerback, who has 30 career interceptions in his 10 years as a Jaguar, will head to unrestricted free agency for the first time one week from now.
