McIntosh, Rogers only RFA's on roster unsigned Brad Biggs
And then there were two.
The Washington Redskins announced that veteran safety Reed Doughty has signed his tender as a restricted free agent. That leaves the team with only two RFA’s who have yet to sign – linebacker Rocky McIntosh and cornerback Carlos Rogers. The deadline for RFA’s to sign before clubs can reduce the amount of their tender to 110 percent of their 2009 base salary is June 15.
A sixth-round pick in 2006, Doughty has appeared in 45 games over the last four seasons, making 16 starts. He had seven starts last season when he posted career highs with 93 tackles, two sacks and one interception. He also had 21 tackles on special teams, which ranked second on the team.

four of them in 2009. Scandrick figures to have the opportunity to compete for a starting job but he will be no worse than the team’s nickel cornerback, a role he’s played well the last two seasons.
