It would appear Lions running back Reggie Bush will be ready to play on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
Bush missed last week's game against the Redskins due to a knee injury sustained the week before against Arizona. Bush actually tweaked his knee in Week 1 and reinjured it when his knee collided with a Cardinals player's helmet.
When asked if he felt he'd be ready to play Sunday against the Bears, Bush told reporters, "Yes."
"I felt like it’s been forever, but it’s only been a week," Bush said, via the team's website. "It was good to get back in there today. Just to get back in to the swing of things. Getting my feet back underneath me and start to lay out this foundation and get ready for the Chicago Bears. Obviously it’s a big game since it’s a division opponent. We have our work cut out for us this week."
