From NFL.com:
Eagles coach Andy Reid confirmed that WR DeSean Jackson sustained a concussion during Sunday’s 27-24 victory over the Redskins.
Jackson left the game during the third quarter after he sustained what was believed to be a head or neck injury. He was taken to the locker room and never returned to the game.
Jackson finished with two receptions for 41 yards, including a 35-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
Eagles DT Brodrick Bunkley also left the game during the second half with a left ankle injury.
