A six-to-eight game suspension along with a $1 million fine are considered likely punishments for Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, according to ESPN.
Irsay has had his driver's license suspended for refusing to take a blood test after being arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Irsay has a history of drug problems and went to a treatment facility after his arrest.
He has a court date on June 19 for two misdemeanor counts of impaired driving.
Irsay has issued public apologies.
He was initially expected to face felony drug charges, but prosecutors opted instead for misdemeanors.
