Antonio Bryant will have some options if he does not find Cincinnati to his liking today.

With the Bengals kicking the tires on Bryant and Terrell Owens both, the Washington Redskins have emerged as a team that may have interest in Bryant as Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune reports that a visit to Washington is in the works for the veteran.

Bryant, who turns 29 today, is coming off a poor season in a poor offense with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He made only 39 receptions for 600 yards, but had arthroscopic knee surgery during training camp. Bryant complained about his knee throughout the season. He was playing under the franchise tag after a big 2008 when he had 83 receptions for 1,248 yards and seven touchdowns.

The Redskins are hopeful that former second-round draft picks Malcolm Kelly and Devin Thomas blossom this season. They have not been able to find a consistent target across from Santana Moss and Bryant would be a proven entity even if he has only two 1,000-yard seasons in his career.

Strange - I just read in the NY Post today, that the Gaints were not going to sign him because of a sholder injury.
