The Buffalo Bills have their man.

Former Dallas Cowboys head coach Chan Gailey has been tapped to become the next head coach of the Buffalo Bills, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com.

Reports began to surface last night that Gailey was the front-runner to land the job in Buffalo. He had a secret meeting with the Bills last week that was said to have gone very well.

Gailey took over for Barry Switzer as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys in 1998. In two seasons with the team, Gailey went 18-14 during the regular season and 0-2 in the playoffs.

In addition to the Dallas job, Gailey spent time as an offensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs, as well as serving as the head coach of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets from 2002-2007.

The Buffalo Bills have announced a press conference will be held at 2:00pm eastern today.

I even said his arm could remind Ole Miss fans of Eli Manning." , I'm not sure your arm strength being compared to Eli is a compliment.
