Report: Cardinals LB Daryl Washington to be suspended for entire season

Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington has been suspended for the entire season by the NFL, according to Mike Jurecki of FOX Sports 910.

Washington was sentenced to one year of supervised probation by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge M. Scott McCoy for pleading guilty to aggravatated assault,

Washington allegedly assaulted a former girlfriend.

He had previously pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and trespassing charges.

According to a police report, Washington allegedly grabbed the mother of his daugher by her throat and shoved her down to the ground during an altercation last year. She told police the NFL player broke her collarbone.
