Vikings QB marries Samantha Steele Brad Biggs
That was fast.
Christian Ponder’s, who met ESPN repoter Samantha Steele earlier this season, got hitched on Monday, according to the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram. Ponder and Steele were hitched in St. Croix (Wis.) County Court on Monday afternoon, according to the report.
The pair were married by Court Commissioner Stephen Dunlap following a quick engagement. Ponder proposed to Steeler with an elaborate Christmas lights setup before the Vikings hosted the Bears on Dec. 9.
The Vikings (8-6) are in the thick of the NFC playoff race but they play the Texans and Packers in the final two weeks. So, Ponder could have time for a long honeymoon soon.
